¿Can I check in online if I travel with checked baggage?
Yes, you can still check in online. Afterwards, you will only need to go to the check-in counter to drop off your bag before closing time indicated for your flight.
What happens if I don't check in online before going to the airport?
It is not mandatory to do it online. You can check in at the airport free of charge within your flight's check-in opening hours.
How early should I arrive for long-haul flights?
For intercontinental flights, it is recommended to arrive at least 3-4 hours before departure to allow enough time for check-in, security control and boarding.
What if my passport expires soon?
Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry. Always check yout destination's requirements before travelling to avoid problems at boarding.
What happens if I arrive late for check-in or boarding?
If you arrive after the check-in or boarding closing time, the airline may deny boarding. That is why it is recommended to arrive at airport well in advance.
Can I check in if I need special assistance or travel with baby?
Yes, but it is importanteto request special assistance in advance through the special requeriments form so the aiport can organise the service.
What if my documents don't match my booking?
The name on the tickect must match exactly the name on your passport or ID. If you notice an error, contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid problems at boarding.
Do I need a visa for my destination?
It depends on your nationality and your destination country. Always check official sources such as embassies, consulates or the IATA Travel Centre before travelling.
