At the counter
Complete your check-in at the airport on the day of your flight.
- This is mandatory if you have not checked in online.
- You must go to the counter to get your boarding pass, even if you are not checking baggage.
- Airport check-in has no additional cost.

Online check-inCan I check in online if I am traveling with checked baggage?
Yes, you can still check in online. After that, you only need to go to the check-in counter to drop off your bag before the time limit indicated for your flight.
AirportWhat happens if I do not check in online before going to the airport?
Online check-in is not mandatory. You can check in at the airport at no additional cost during the check-in opening hours for your flight.
TimesHow early should I arrive at the airport for long-haul flights?
For intercontinental flights, we recommend arriving at least 3–4 hours before departure so you have enough time to check in, go through security, and board calmly.
DocumentsWhat happens if my passport expires soon?
Many countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. Always check your destination’s requirements before traveling to avoid issues when boarding.
BoardingWhat happens if I arrive late for check-in or boarding?
If you arrive after check-in or boarding has closed, the airline may deny boarding. That is why we recommend arriving with plenty of time.
AssistanceCan I check in if I need special assistance?
Yes, but it is important to request special assistance at least 72 hours before your flight departure through the Manage Booking area so we can properly coordinate the service with the airport.
BookingWhat should I do if my documents do not match my booking?
The name on the ticket must exactly match the passport or national ID document. If you notice an error, contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid problems when boarding.
VisasDo I need a visa for my destination?
It depends on your nationality and destination country. Always check official sources such as the IATA Travel Centre or the relevant consulate before traveling.
